Dampseal
Plascon Dampseal is a single pack, water-barrier coating, which remedies the effects of rising and penetrating damp. with regular wiping.
Uses
- Effectively seals the surface and protects subsequent paint films against the effects of rising and penetrating damp
- For use on vertical walls in bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, basements and cellars where damp problems occur
- Suitable for both interior and exterior use
- Protects against paint peeling, efflorescence and mould on the affected surface
Features
- The film has excellent adhesion to both wet and dry substrates
- Dampseal reacts with moisture in the substrate forming an impenetrable barrier through which the movement of water and dissolved salts is not possible
- It preserves the integrity of the substrate by preventing the loss of soluble salts
